Women's

Sidney Wagner

Wagner posted a season high 23 points to go with seven rebounds, seven assists, five steals, and two blocks in a dominant 80-63 victory over No. 18 Hope in Holland. She scored 10 points in the first quarter and added three steals as a fast start gave Trine control of the game early. For the week, Wagner 17 points, six boards, six assists, and five steals, shooting 48% from the floor and 50% from three. 
 
 

Catherine Or

Or led the Carnegie Mellon University women's basketball team to its second UAA home sweep of the season by averaging 24 points, seven rebounds, and five assists in a 60-57 win over the University of Chicago and a 76-70 win over WashU. She shot 59% from the floor with 24 points against UChicago and made the difference at the free throw line against WashU, hitting 11-of-12 attempts. Or scored 16 of her 23 points against WashU in the second half while she recorded six of her assists in the first half with four coming in the second quarter when the team erased an 11-point deficit. The win against WashU also marked the second-ever season sweep over the Bears and first since 1991.

 

Lyric Grumblatt

Grumblatt averaged a double-double with 14 rebounds and 28 points per game on 42% shooting to boost the Raiders to a 2-0 week. She also put up an average of seven assists and six steals over the two games.

 

D'Asia Washington

Washington averaged 21 points on 67% shooting, nine rebounds, and more than a steal per game to help lead Rockford to a 2-1 NACC record last week. She opened with 20 points and 10 rebounds for her sixth double-double of the year in a win at Concordia Chicago. She then had 18 points on 5-of-7 shooting, 10 rebounds, two steals, and an assist for her second double-double in as many games. Washington ended the week by tying her season and career-high with 24 points on 10-of-13 shooting, eight rebounds, two steals, and an assist against Marian.

 

Mary Schleusner

Schleusner posted an impressive line of 42 points and 27 rebounds to help No. 20 W&L overcome an 18-point, third-quarter deficit to defeat Shenandoah, 67-61, on the road in their only game this week. She was especially impressive in the fourth quarter as she exploded for 22 points over the final 10 minutes. Schleusner shot 17-of-36 in the game and added two blocks and three steals as she seems to be ramping up for another record-breaking post-season run.
 

 

Men's

Deonte Jackson

Jackson had a stat-stuffing week and led the YellowJackets to a 2-0 record, averaging 27 points, seven assists, three steals, and four rebounds per game. He had a career-high 40 points with five rebounds, five assists, and two steals in a 102-81 win over UMHB, then, on his Senior Day, Jackson totaled 14 points with eight assists and four steals in a huge 72-62 win over UT Dallas, who is transitioning to Division II. Jackson shot 63% from the field on the week and 64% from 3-point land.

 

Trevor Wall

Wall hit the game winning bucket with .7 seconds remaining to defeat Swarthmore and was instrumental in the Bears going 2-0 with a 30 point performance against Haverford. On the week, he averaged 24 points, six rebounds, five assists, and two steals per game.  In additional to that last second full court drive and layup to win, against Swarthmore Wall had 18 points, seven boards, five assists, two steals, and two blocks.  He was named Centennial Conference Player of the Week. 

 

Keenan Robertson

Robertson averaged 32 points, four rebounds, and four assists in a 2-0 week for the Rams that included a huge 65-64 win at then-first place Western New England. In that game, Robertson led Suffolk with 27 points, shooting over 50% from the field and hitting 3-5 from deep. He also helped to limit WNE's starting backcourt to under 30% shooting.

 

Bradley Cimperman

Cimperman averaged 267 points per game on 18-of-29 (62%) shooting and 13-of-23 (57%) from the three-point line in a week that included two MIAC wins. He netted a season-high 35 points on a 9-of-11 clip from the three-point line, and 13-of-15 shooting against Carleton. Cimperman concluded the week with 17 points, three assists, and two steals against Bethel.

 

Jacob Morales

Morales had a monster week for Montclair State, averaging 28 points on 21-for-33 shooting (64%) and 9-for-16 from deep (56%), four rebounds, five assists, and three steals during a 2-0 week for the Red Hawks. He led the way with 26 points and five steals to secure an 88-85 overtime win at New Jersey City on Wednesday night. Morales then tallied 29 points, going 11-for-14 from the floor and 5-for-6 from deep, with six rebounds, and seven assists to push Montclair past Kean on the road, 97-78 on Saturday.
