Women's

Ava Bardic

Bardic led Illinois Wesleyan to a hard-fought 64-61 win at Elmhurst to keep IWU undefeated. She poured in a game-high 26 points on 9-of-12 shooting (including 6-of-7 three-point tries).  Bardic added five rebounds, and a steal.  Her lone block came in the final seconds as she denied Elmhurst's game-tying three-point try.

Grace Knupp

Knupp had 16 points, seven rebounds, a career-high five steals, and three assists in UWL's overtime victory at No. 19 UW-Stout. She finished 7-of-12 from the field, mostly in the second half and overtime.

Olivia Rangel

Rangel led Carroll to a pair of wins last week to extend the Pioneers' season-long win streak to eight games. In victories over Carthage and Elmhurst, Rangel averaged 23 points, six rebounds, five assists, and three steals per game, while also shooting 63% from the field, 33% from 3-point range, and 74% from the free throw line.

Sydney Briscoe

Briscoe averaged 19 points, 12 rebounds, three blocks, and two steals per game in a 1-1 week. In a loss at No. 4 Bowdoin College, she scored 20 points while pulling down eight boards (both game highs), and grabbed two steals. In a 65-46 conference victory at Thomas College, she put up 17 points and a game-high 16 rebounds while recording five blocked shots.

Faith Greene

Greene averaged a double-double of 17 points and 13 rebounds while shooting 64% from the field (14-22) in a 2-0 week for the Rams. She tallied 12 points and 10 rebounds in just 17 minutes of action in the victory over Fitchburg State, then closed the week with 22 points on 8-of-14 shooting from the floor and 5-of-6 from the free throw line with 16 rebounds, two steals, and a block in the 86-80 win over Westfield State.

Men's

Eric Chamberlain

Chamberlain had a fantastic week helping the Lions to a 2-0 record with huge wins over Eastern and Alvernia.  He dropped a career high 34 points against Eastern shooting 68% from the field, adding six rebounds, six assists, and two steals. Against arch-rival, Alvernia, Chamberlain scored 19 points and collected three rebounds while adding four assists and two steals.  His weekly averages are 27 points, five rebounds, five assists, and two steals per game, shooting 68% from the floor.

Eric Bass, Jr.

Bass's weekly averages are quite pedestrian: 11 points, two boards, two assists, two steals per game over two wins, but rarely does a player get back-to-back game winning buckets.  In MUW's 66-65 win over Westminster, he hit a short jumper with two tenths of a second remaining to seal victory, and against SLIAC second place, Webster, he nailed a layup high off the glass with 3.7 seconds left to win 59-58.

Jacob Morales

Morales averaged 30 points, a 68% field goal percentage, 62% from three, six rebounds, six assists, and three steals to lead Montclair State to a 2-0 week. During a 123-92 win over William Paterson, he went for 40, with 10 rebounds, shooting 9-11 from behind the arc. Morales returned on Saturday and posted 19 points, two rebounds, three assists, and two steals in an 89-74 victory against Rutgers-Camden.

Uchenna Egekeze

Egekeze had a high-efficiency performance in a 62-58 win at No. 7 Trine, including a go-ahead three pointer in the final minutes that signified a momentum shift.  This was followed by a strong overall effort (Egekeze is arguably more valuable on the defensive end) in a rivalry win over Hope, securing the season sweep for the first time in five years.  He averaged  20 points, five rebounds, three assists, and three steals, shooting 64% from the floor and 60% from three.

Joshua Van Gorp

Van Gorp posted perhaps the greatest individual performance in Division III so far this season with a 55 point, 15 rebound performance in Central's key conference win over Coe, including a key three point play with fifteen seconds remaining to take the lead in a 75-73 victory.  He averaged 33 points, 11 rebounds, and two blocks over two games, shooting 74% from the floor.
