    Mya Shannon scored 31 points for No. 19 DePauw in the Tigers' home win over No. 22 Millikin. Centennial reps mastered both MAC favorites and Bryn Mawr equaled its win total from the prior three seasons combined. On the men's side, the Corsairs made it rough on No. 11 Tufts and Webster cleaned up on No. 18 WashU.

    July 23, 2001
    Ron Rohn, head coach for the last six seasons at Colgate, has been named head women's coach at Muhlenberg. He replaces Tammy Smith, who resigned in June to become head coach at Lafayette.
