UW-Oshkosh scored its last points with 2:50 left and held off UW-Stevens Point the rest of the way, while homestanding UW-Whitewater edged UW-River Falls to establish the pecking order at the top of the WIAC.

No. 14 UW-Stevens Point (15-4, 6-2 WIAC) had the ball down two with 1.6 seconds remaining out of a timeout. From in front of their bench, the Pointers inbounded the ball into the near corner and looked for Allie Miceli on a cut to the rim but Marissa Selner stole the pass to help 11th-ranked UW-Oshkosh (16-3, 7-1) hang on for the 61-59 win. That win put the Titans in first place at the end of the day.

No. 17 UW-Whitewater ended up on top after a flurry of a final minute, defeating No. 18 UW-River Falls 62-59. Mikaela Wilson hit a 3-pointer for UW-River Falls (15-4, 6-2 WIAC) to cut the Whitewater lead to 55-53 with 4:12 left but was unable to get any closer as the Warhawks (16-3, 5-3) limited the Falcons to just two field goals the rest of the way. Malia Smith led the Warhawks with 20 points.

On a day in which alumni returned to celebrate the 20th anniversary of women's basketball at Rose-Hulman, RHIT gave them something to cheer about. The Fightin' Engineers handed No. 21 Bluffton its first loss of the season, 57-50. The win is the 11th in a row for RHIT, which improves to 16-3, 10-2 in the Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference. Alyzia Dilworth led the balanced Rose-Hulman scoring attack with 13 points.

Muhlenberg avenged its only loss of the season and grabbed first place in the Centennial Conference by beating McDaniel 58-54. The Mules (15-1, 9-1) held the Green Terror to 20 points in the second half and outscored them 28-14 in the paint. Brandi Vallely tallied 16 points, nine rebounds and seven assists for Muhlenberg. Lindsey Nichols led McDaniel (15-4, 10-2) with 23 points. 

The other undefeated teams stayed perfect with varying degrees of difficulty. No. 1 Thomas More obliterated Westminster (Pa.) 105-31 while No. 3 George Fox took care of Puget Sound 78-72. Maura McAfee collected 17 rebounds and became the all-time leader in that category for Hope as the Flying Dutch handled Adrian 73-53. No. 2 Amherst and No. 5 Scranton also won over Trinity (Conn.) and Elizabethtown respectively.

Junior center Kaitlin Langer had 27 points and 17 rebounds and keyed a game-closing 12-2 run as No. 12 St. Thomas outlasted neighborhood rival St. Catherine, 72-67. Mount Union dumped No. 13 Capital 57-47 behind Katie Reed's 24-point, 13-rebound performance. The Purple Raiders swept the regular season series with Crusaders and knocked them three games behind No. 15 Ohio Northern in the OAC. The Polar Bears topped John Carroll 68-45.

The Thunder appears to be rolling back in the right direction. No. 23 Wheaton (Ill.) defeated North Central (Ill.) 98-85. Katie McDaniels just missed a triple-double for Wheaton, finishing with 28 points, 10 assists and nine rebounds.

Luther defeated Loras 60-43 to split their season series with the Duhawks and break the first place tie with them in the IIAC. The Norse opened the second quarter on a 9-0 run and never looked back. Moran Lonning posted 16 points, seven rebounds and five assists for Luther.

Montclair State head coach Karin Harvey picked up her 200th win as the Red Hawks eased past Ramapo 60-33. There wasn't much drama whether Harvey would reach the milestone since Montclair outscored the Roadrunners 23-2 in the first quarter.

Stockton extended its school-record winning streak to 14 games with a 63-50 win over William Paterson (11-8, 7-5 NJAC). Lea Mendolla went 4-5 from behind the arc and led the Ospreys with 18 points. Stockton (16-3, 10-2) held the Pioneers to just 29.9% shooting while hitting 53.7% (22-41) for the game.

Less than 24 hours after Cortland moved into a tie for first place in the SUNYAC, the Red Dragons dropped to third place with a 73-63 loss to SUNY New Paltz. Courtney Irby scored 22 points for the Hawks who outscored Cortland 27-11 in the fourth quarter and join the Red Dragons in third place. Alanna Vose reached the 1,000 point milestone as the University of New England thrashed Nichols 80-32.
