February 19, 2011LANCASTER, Pa. – Franklin & Marshall punched its ticket to the Centennial Conference playoffs with a convincing 75-35 win over Dickinson Saturday at Glenn Robinson Court at Mayser Center. The win, coupled with an Ursinus loss, clinched the No. 4 seed for the Diplomats (13-12 overall, 11-9 CC). F&M will host Ursinus Wednesday in its first CC playoff game since the 2008-09 season. Blue Jays Rally To Defeat Diplomats
February 16, 2011LANCASTER, Pa. – Johns Hopkins rallied with a 24-12 scorings run, in the final seven minutes of the game, to knock off Franklin & Marshall 63-57 in a Centennial Conference game Wednesday at Mayser Center. The Blue Jays, who already wrapped up the No. 1 seed in the CC playoffs, improved to 20-4 overall, 17-3 CC while the Diplomats fell to 12-12, 10-9. The loss forces a must-win game for F&M in Saturday’s contest against Dickinson in order to make the conference playoffs. -
