BRYN MAWR, Pa. – Five players scored in double figure to lead Franklin & Marshall a 92-39 victory over Bryn Mawr in Centennial Conference (CC) women's basketball action Tuesday evening. The Diplomats improved to 1-2, 1-0 CC while the Owls fell to 0-2, 0-1 CC.
Bryn Mawr had a three-point lead, 9-5, almost four minutes into the game before the Diplomats pulled away. F&M put together a remarkable 39-6 six run to take a 44-15 edge into the break. The Diplomats continued their run into the second stanza and never trailed by more than 31 points.
F&M returns to action on Nov. 29 when the Diplomats host Ursinus at 7:00 p.m.
