Women's

Kylie Grassi

Grassi scored 29 points and added eight rebounds, six assists, and four steals in a key 85-79 MASCAC win over Westfield State. She connected on nine of 17 field goals attempts and went 10-for-11 at the free throw line.

 

Ada Taute

Taute averaged 19 points and nine rebounds in two big wins for Denison this week. She also shot 50% from the field (16-32) and added three assists, three steals, and two blocks. Taute finished with a game-high 14 points while adding seven rebounds, two steals, and two blocks and scoring each of Denison's final six points to seal the win as the Big Red handed DePauw its first loss of the season in NCAC action. Then Taute scored 10 points in the fourth quarter to secure the win as Denison gave Oberlin its first home loss of the year. Taute has 23 points and 11 rebounds, both career highs.

 

Logan Streety

Streety averaged 20 points and 12 rebounds per game and shot an astounding 74% (25-of-34) from the field in three Cortland road victories. She started the week with 16 points and 13 rebounds in a 67-47 win at Oneonta. Then on Friday, she scored a career-high 27 points on 11-of-14 shooting and pulled down 11 rebounds in an 83-50 win at Fredonia. Streety closed the week with 17 points (6-of-8 field goals, 5-of-5 free throws) and 11 rebounds for her fifth straight double-double in a 68-46 victory at Buffalo State.

 

Molly Kosmack

Kosmack led Mount Aloysius to two big AMCC victories, averaging 22 points and 22 rebounds. She opened the week with a 24-point, 26-rebound double-double, giving the Mounties their first win against Pitt-Greensburg since 2018-19. She added 19 points and 18 rebounds in a victory at Pitt-Bradford to cap off the week. Kosmack shot 62% from the field and 92% from the line, to go along with seven blocks for the week.

 

Reilly Campbell

Campbell helped power the Bantams to a pair of NESCAC victories, averaging a double-double of 24 points and 11 rebounds with three blocks. Campbell also shot 72% from the floor and 80% from the free-throw line (12-for-15). She logged her sixth double-double of the season with 21 points and 12 rebounds, along with two blocks, an assist, and a steal in a 67-56 win over Wesleyan. Campbell netted a game-high 27 points with nine rebounds, three blocks, and an assist during a 61-50 win over Colby. 

 

Men's

Sam Trunley

Trunley averaged 28 points per game, set a school record for three-pointers made in a game, and led the second-ranked Spartans to a pair of road University Athletic Association wins last weekend. He came off the bench to lead the team in scoring in both games, shooting 52% (15-29) overall including 55% (11-20) from three-point range, and 83% (15-18) from the free throw line. Trunley added four rebounds, four assists, and three steals per game. During the team's 90-86 win at No. 20 Emory, Trunley scored 33 points, including eight three-pointers at a 62% clip. He added a 23-point showing in a 75-73 win at Rochester on Sunday.

 

Spencer Freedman

Freedman's late-game heroics led NYU to a pair of UAA victories at home this past weekend. He had 20 points, five assists, three rebounds, and a steal against WashU while scoring all of the Violets' final 13 points and hitting the game-winning three-pointer with 36 seconds left. Then, against Chicago, he totaled 31 points, eight rebounds, six assists, and a steal. Freedman hit consecutive layups with 51 seconds and 11 seconds remaining to tie the game and sent it into overtime, before scoring 13 points in the extra period and going 6-of-6 at the line in the final minute to secure victory.
 

 

Jaylyn Clardy

Clardy turned in a strong week for Mitchell, averaging 26 points, nine rebounds, and five assists across three games. Clardy also collected one steal and one block per contest, while shooting 51% from the floor, 44% from three-point range, and 92% from the free throw line. He began the week by recording a double-double in a conference win over Elms, finishing with 13 points, 10 rebounds, five assists, and three steals. Clardy then upped his game by pouring in a career high 34 points in Mitchell's first victory over Wesleyan in the Division III era of the program, to go along with six rebounds and six assists. He then turned in his second consecutive 30-point game on Saturday in GNAC showdown with Emmanuel, scoring 31 points to go along with 10 rebounds, three assists, and three blocks.

 

Caleb Washington

Washington scored career-high 21 in win at first-place Denison with all 21 coming in the second half including 16 straight DePauw points.  He was a perfect 7-for-7 from the floor, including 3-for-3 from deep. He scored an additional 16 points in a win over Kenyon, averaging 19 points on the week, while shooting 74% from the field and 71% from three over two games.
 
 

Jalen Overway

Overway had a double-double in a rivalry win over Hope on Jan. 17 and followed with a career-high 42 points in a Jan. 20 victory over Alma, marking the sixth-highest single-game scoring performance in Calvin men's basketball history.  He averaged 28 points and 13 rebounds on the week, to go along with three steals and two blocks per game and 53% shooting, including 5-for-9 from three point range.
