January 20, 2024 Saturday women: In beak condition St. John Fisher grabbed first place in the Empire 8 with a win over crosstown rival Nazareth in the Battle of the Beaks. Elsewhere, Washington and Jefferson made the most of its second chance against Chatham, and No. 8 Illinois Wesleyan bounced back with a road win at No. 25 Carroll. March 14, 2023 D3hoops.com 2024 women's All-Region 3 team Three of the four conference champions in Region 3 split the major awards with SUNY New Paltz's Brianna Fitzgerald winning Player of the Year, St. John Fisher's Joleen Lusk Rookie of the Year, and Vassar's Meredith Mesaris Coach of the Year.
