    WORCESTER, Mass. (12/30/24) – After suffering a setback on Sunday, the Nichols College men's basketball team bounced back on Monday evening with a 72-71 upset victory over No. 10 Tufts University, closing out the Clark University Holiday Tournament inside Hurst Courts.

    Nichols rallied from a big deficit to knock off Rochester, Lancaster Bible gave the United East a first-round win for the third Tournament in a row, and the program that Jim Calhoun built finally got a D-III NCAA Tournament victory. The UAA, which had five teams selected to the tournament, lost its first three of the night but rallied to win its last two.
