November 24, 2012The Gallaudet University women's basketball team couldn't overcome a stretch of cold shooting in the first half despite a career-game from senior forward Lindsay Stergio (Montville, Conn.) here Saturday as the Bison fell to Valley Forge Christian College, 65-47, in the championship game of the GU Holiday Tournament. -

GU's Stephanie Stevens celebrates her first collegiate victory as a head coach
November 20, 2012The Gallaudet University women's basketball team cruised to a season opening victory over Christendom College, 69-29, on Tuesday at the Field House in Bison head coach Stephanie Stevens' collegiate head coaching debut. The Bison (1-0) were efficient on offense and tenacious on defense as the team scored at least 60 points against Christendom for the third straight season. -
Gallaudet makes WBCA Academic Top 25 Honor Roll for the first time
July 19, 2012ATLANTA – For the first time in school history the Gallaudet University women's basketball program earned a spot on the prestigious Women's Basketball Coaches Association (WBCA) Academic Top 25 Honor Roll for the 2011-12 season as announced by the WBCA this week. Gallaudet's team grade point average (GPA) was 3.461 and ranked No. 21 in the 2011-12 WBCA Division III Academic Top 25 Honor Roll. -
