Ngalle nets a career-high 20 points against first-place Penn St.-Harrisburg

MIDDLETOWN, Pa. – The Gallaudet University women's basketball team saw a second half rally fall short as they lost to the North Eastern Athletic Conference (NEAC) South Division leaders Penn. St.- Harrisburg, 60-48, on the road Wednesday night. Trailing 37-21 at halftime, Gallaudet's defense stiffened up and the offense started making shots to outscore Penn. St.-Harrisburg 27-23 in the second half.

Gallaudet's (5-15, 3-11 NEAC South Division) defense held Penn. St.-Harrisburg (15-6, 13-1 NEAC South) to 35.7 percent shooting in the second half after it shot 51.6 percent in the opening 20 minutes of the game. The Bison defense held the Nittany Lions scoreless from behind the three-point line in the second half and 20 percent for the game.
