The Team of the Week presented by Scoutware is D3hoops.com's weekly honor roll, in its 21st season of recognizing the top performance at each of the five positions from the previous week.

Women's

Lauren Ramsey

Ramsey paced Guilford in a 2-0 week with 20.5 points, 7.0 rebounds, 3.0 assists and 2.5 steals per game. She shot 59.1% from the floor and 93.8% from the line, knocking down 10-of-14 field goals en route to a game-high 24 points in a road win over Randolph; she also had seven rebounds, three assists and five steals in the win. Ramsey closed her home career with a game-high 17 points, 12 in the second half, to carry the Quakers past Virginia Wesleyan, clinching the fourth seed for the ODAC Tournament and a first-round bye. Ramsey made 11-of-12 free throws versus the Marlins and added seven boards and three assists.

Madison Temple
Temple helped lead the fourth-ranked Saints to a 2-0 record last week with wins over Saint Vincent College and Washington & Jefferson College, capping an undefeated PAC regular season for Thomas More, by averaging 20.0 points, 13.5 rebounds, 5.5 assists and 2.0 steals per game. She shot 55.6 percent (15-of-27) from the field, including 60 percent (6-of-10) from behind the arc. In Wednesday's win at Saint Vincent she had a 16-point, 11-rebound double-double, while also adding three assists and a pair of steals. Temple just missed a triple-double in the Saints' 92-42 win over W&J on Saturday, finishing with 24 points, 16 rebounds, eight assists, two blocks and two steals.

Kelly Williams
Williams scored 20 points and 20 Rebounds in a critical ODAC game against Lynchburg, as R-MC won 61-49, helping to secure the #2 spot in the ODAC Tournament. She shot better than 50% from the field against the Hornets and pulled in 8 offensive rebounds. She scored 24 points and 17 rebounds against Roanoke in the last regular season game as R-MC won 68-62, also dishing out four assists and four blocks.

Megan Brown
Brown averaged 14 points and 12.5 rebounds as Stevens secured the third seed in the upcoming Empire 8 playoffs with victories over Elmira and Utica. She posted double-doubles against both opponents to bring her season total to 11. Brown shot 13-for-26 (50%) from the floor and totaled seven steals and one block. She was an efficient 6-for-9 against Elmira and then closed the weekend with a 15-point, 15-rebound performance against Utica, including the game-winning basket with one second left in overtime.

Britt Herring
Herring averaged double-double figures of 21.5 points and 10.5 rebounds with an 83.3% shooting percentage (20-24) this week for the Blue and Gold. In a setback to Bridgewater State, she put up 18 points with 12 boards, three blocks, two assists and two steals. She then wrapped up the regular season with a game-high 25 points, nine rebounds, and four blocks in a loss to Westfield State.

Men's

Ricky Leonard
Leonard averaged 32.0 points per game and shot 72.7 percent from the floor in a 2-0 must-win week for the Pilgrims. He scored 28 points in NEC's 78-62 win over Johnson State and followed that with 36 points on 14-for-17 shooting (82.4 percent) in the team's program record-tying 19th win of the season against Lyndon State on Saturday. Leonard shot 9-13 from three-point range (69.2 percent) and added 3.5 rebounds, 2.5 assists and 4.0 steals per game on the week.

Dillon Young
The OAC Player of the Week, Young helped Marietta win a portion of the OAC regular season title. He scored 29 points with 7 assists in 43 minutes for an overtime win over Muskingum. He scored 32 points against Ohio Northern, including hitting 6 of 7 field goals, including four threes in the second half, helping to put the game away.

Marcus Myers
Myers was tremendous on the week that vaulted Aurora to the 2017-2018 NACC regular season title and top seed in the NACC tourney. Myers averaged 26 points, 8.0 rebounds and 5.0 assists as AU defeated Dominican (81-63) and Marian (96-75)

Justin Aluya
Aluya ended the regular season in fine fashion, averaging a double-double in the last two games as Monmouth won their first league title since 1990. In an 82-60 win over Illinois College that clinched at least a share of the conference title, the senior poured in 23 points and pulled down 11 rebounds all on the defensive end. He then posted an 11-point, 14-rebound game in a 70-64 win over Cornell as Monmouth won the league title outright. Aluya also tied the school record for blocks in a game with eight. For the week, Aluya averaged 17 points and 12.5 rebounds per game which shooting 54 percent from the floor (12-22), which included a 3-for-5 effort from 3-point range.

Heath Post
Post anchored a Springfield defensive unit that helped the Pride earned their most-ever NEWMAC regular-season victories en route to earning the top seed in the upcoming NEWMAC Championship and their first-ever outright regular season NEWMAC title. The sophomore averaged 20.0 points per game, shooting nearly 79% from the field to go along with 10.5 rebounds per game. At WPI on Wednesday, Post totaled 22 points and 7 rebounds before turning in an 18-point, 14-rebound performance versus Babson as the Pride locked up hosting rights for the conference tournament.
