The Team of the Week presented by Scoutware is D3hoops.com's weekly honor roll, in its 17th season of recognizing the top performance at each of the five positions from the previous week. This is the final Team of the Week for the 2014-15 season.

Men's

David Fatoki
Fatoki notched his sixth career double-double with 11 points, 10 assists and five rebounds in the Bears 84-67 win over the University of Chicago in St. Louis. Fatoki hit 4-of-9 shots from the field and 2-of-2 from the foul line, and did not commit a turnover in 25 minutes played. 

Taylor Hamasaki
Hamasaki averaged 32.5 points in the SCIAC tournament. On Friday, he recorded a career-high of 36 points against Whittier. He collected three rebounds, two assists and one steal while shooting 58 percent from the floor. In the final vs. Claremont-Mudd-Scripps he had a game-high of 29 points, one steal and four assists. In two games he totaled 65 points, seven triples and six assists. 

Luke Vance
Vance averaged 16.7 points, 8.7 rebounds and 2.7 assists to help the sixth-seeded Warriors to three consecutive upset victories and win the SAA tournament. He had 18 points, eight boards and three assists in Friday's 73-71 victory over Sewanee. Vance had nine points, nine rebounds, three assists and two steals in the 55-53 win against Centre and capped the Warriors' magical run with a career-high 23 points along with nine rebounds and two assists in Sunday's 73-70 defeat of Rhodes. 

Gerry Wixted
Wixted led the Red Devils to a second conference title in three years. The senior averaged 24 points and 12 rebounds, shooting a remarkable 20-for-21 from the free throw line. He added four assists and six blocked shots against two top-25 teams. Wixted shot 6-for-9 from the 3-point range.

Michael Lofton
Averaged 33.0 points, 10.5 rebounds, 2.5 assists, 2.0 steals and 2.0 blocks while shooting 67% (28-for-42) from the floor in two games for the Bears at the MASCAC tournament. Tallied a career-high 33 points on 13-of-18 shooting to go along with 12 rebounds, three assists, two steals and a block in the Bears' 93-85 semifinal win in overtime over Fitchburg State. He equaled his career-high with 33 points on 15-of-24 shooting to go along with nine rebounds, two assists, two steals and three blocks in the Bears' 78-69 championship game setback to Westfield State.

Women's

Anna Hackett
Hackett helped Salisbury to its first CAC title in 13 years. Against York (Pa.) in the league semifinals, she took over in the second half to helps the Gulls overcome a deficit to the Spartans to post game-highs in points and assists with 21 and eight. In the final against Mary Washington, she put together another 20-plus point effort, posting a game-high 26 points and game-high six assists. Trailing by two points with five seconds remaining in OT, Hackett made a clutch drive into the lane and feeding the ball through a small gap in the defense for a layup by teammate Kathy Albornoz as time expired to send the game to a second overtime where the Gulls would claim the title. For the week, she totaled 47 points, including 11-for-12 from the free throw line, and 14 assists.

Darbie Zirkle
Zirkle earned NCAC Tournament MVP honors following a tremendous three-game run that led Wittenberg to their first NCAA Tournament berth in 11 years. After scoring 17 points against Kenyon and 17 more against Denison in the first two rounds, Zirkle exploded for a career-high 29 points - including 20 in the second half - as the Tigers defeated OWU 81-57 in the title game. She added 14 rebounds, six steals and three assists in the three games.

Ciaira Hughes
Hughes put up a 34-point, 11-rebound game for the Stormy Petrels against Hendrix in SAA quarterfinals. She shot 11-for-15 from the floor, while also adding four steals and two assists.

Melissa Tobie
Tobie helped the No. 7 Red Hawks to a third consecutive NJAC title as Montclair State became the first team to 3-peat since Rowan won the last of its four titles in 1999. Tobie recorded her 14th and 15th double-doubles of the season averaging 17.5 points and 10.5 rebounds along with 2.5 assists, 3.5 blocks and 2.0 steals. Tobie struggled from the floor in the semifinal against TCNJ but more than made up for it at the foul line going 12-of-12 in a 58-53 win over TCNJ. She had four blocked shots. Tobie then went for 17 points and 10 rebounds in addition to four assists, four steals and three blocks lifting MSU to the NJAC title with a 59-42 win over Stockton.

Kristen Schulz
Schulz averaged 23 points, 18.5 rebounds, and 4.0 blocks per game in leading the Warriors to two NACC tournament wins last week and their fifth straight appearance in the NCAA Tournament. Schulz, who shot 51.7 percent from the field over the two games, tied a NCAA Division III record with her 26th double-double of the season Saturday.
