Second round: Saturday Knights alright
March 03, 2023The Wartburg Knights guaranteed that Division III will have a new national champion by knocking Hope out of the Tournament, while Rhode Island College ended No. 3 Scranton’s perfect season in the second round of the 2023 NCAA Division III women’s basketball tournament. Elsewhere, No. 4 Smith survived and No. 5 Trinity (Texas) beat No. 12 Hardin-Simmons for the third time this season. -
Sunday: Nobody's perfect
February 26, 2023Albertus Magnus upset No. 1 St. Joseph (Conn.) and sent the last undefeated team in Division III men’s hoops into the NCAA Tournament with a loss. Meanwhile, Schreiner completed its Cinderella run, Sewanee stunned Berry, and everything went according to form on the women’s side. -

November 26, 2022Calvin started its bruising three-game stretch with a win at No. 4 UW-Whitewater while No. 5 Trinity (Texas) completed a rare home-and-home sweep of No. 18 Hardin-Simmons and Ohio Northern topped. Power conferences pull through
