    Junior Ryan Hollis (Centreville, Md./Saints Peters & Paul) notched a 12-point, 10-rebound double-double, including a steal and a transition layup with a minute remaining, to send the Lycoming College men's basketball team to overtime, as Lycoming outscored Widener by six in the period to earn a 77-71 victory in MAC Commonwealth action, on Saturday, Feb. 16 in Lamade Gym.

  • Anthony one of 16 in "Dark Horse Dunker" competition

    Lycoming College senior forward Kevin Anthony (Columbus, Ohio/Bridgton Academy) is one of 16 small-college basketball players who is a part of the "State Farm Dark Horse Dunker" competition, with the winner of the 16-man bracket-style competition earning a spot at the State Farm College Slam Dunk & 3-Point Championships on April 3 at 7 p.m. on ESPN. In the first round, Anthony will face off with Mercyhurst University's Jonathan Ouegnin, with voting running through Feb. 24 on College Slam's Facebook page.

    Lycoming College freshman William Wingate’s athletic, momentum-changing dunk during Friday, Dec. 14’s men’s basketball game against Messiah College in a 70-54 Commonwealth Conference win has been named the No. 3 play on ESPN Sports Center’s Top 10 plays for Friday, Dec. 14. The top 10 plays will air on repeats throughout Saturday, Dec. 15, on ESPN, ESPN2 and ESPNews.
  • Williams, Anthony wrap up time at Four Nations Cup

    Lycoming College senior Jerald Williams (Riverdale, Md./Bladensburg) and junior Kevin Anthony (Columbus, Ohio/Bridgton Academy) wrapped up their time at the Four Nations Cup with the East Coast All Stars on Tuesday, July 31, as the team finished 1-2 in the four team tournament, which also featured the national teams of the Czech Republic, Georgia and Estonia.
