The Team of the Week presented by Scoutware is D3hoops.com's weekly honor roll, in its 16th season of recognizing the top performance at each of the five positions from the previous week.

Men's

Scott Theisen
Playing out of position due to an injury, Scott Theisen tallied career highs with 31 points and 14 rebounds, his fourth career double-double, in a 78-75 overtime loss at Concordia-Moorhead on Tuesday. On Friday, Theisen poured in 25 points, pulled down 8 rebounds, and doled out a season-high seven assists in a blowout of Bethany Lutheran. Theisen averaged 28.0 points, 11.0 rebounds, and 5.0 assists in Carleton's two games, shooting 52.8 percent (19-of-36) from the field, 5-for-13 from beyond the arc, and 13-of-17 at the charity stripe.

Justin Pierce
Pierce averaged 31.3 points in a 2-1 week, including a career-high 37 against Roanoke and 34 vs. Methodist on 12-for-19 shooting. He shot 56 percent from the floor for the week and averaged 7.0 rebounds as well.

Tom Gisler
Gisler shot 71 percent from the field in a 2-0 week, including 5-for-8 from 3-point range as the Eagles went 2-0, including an upset win against then-No. 9 Wheaton (Ill.). Gisler averaged 16.5 points and 5.5 rebounds.

Jack Bramswig
Bramswig averaged 28.5 points and 15.5 rebounds per game in two games at RIT's tournament. He started the weekend by scoring 16 points with 14 rebounds and three blocks on Friday against Keuka, but his monster game of the week came the next day versus D'Youville, when he shot 18-of-26 from the field for a career-high 41 points - the most by a Valiant since 1995 - and also hauled in a career-high 17 rebounds.

Christian Bors
Bors posted career-highs of 24 points and 13 rebounds to go with two blocks to lead Gettysburg to a 66-52 win against Shenandoah. It was the first career double-double for Bors, who shot 9-for-11 from the floor and scored the last six points of a decisive 12-2 Bullet run midway through the second half. Gettysburg led by just three at halftime but outscored the Hornets 38-27 in the second half, thanks in part to Bors' 15 points and six rebounds.

Women's

Floriana Borova
Borova averaged 25.5 points, 6.5 rebounds, 6.0 assists and 5.0 steals in a pair of WPU victories. She led all players with 27 points and eight assists, adding eight rebounds and four steals in a 73-46 win against Kean on Dec. 12, and had game bests of 24 points and six steals, adding five rebounds and four assists during a 64-54 victory against Mount St. Mary on Dec. 15.

Lauren Avant
Avant had another big weekend as the Lynx split two non-conference games to improve to 6-1 overall. In an 85-83 loss to LaGrange, Avant scored a career-high 39 points and pulled down a game-high 13 rebounds. Avant was 16-of-24 from the field and 4-of-5 from 3-point territory. In a 66-58 win vs. Austin College, Avant scored 18 points and pulled down 14 rebounds for her second consecutive double-double. For the weekend Avant averaged 28.5 points, 13.5 rebounds, 4.0 steals and 2.5 assists per game. She was 25-of-48 from the field and 4-for-8 from the 3-point line.

Kirsten Morrison
Morrison recorded a double-double of 20 points and 11 points in UMass Boston's lone game of the week, a win against Westfield State. Morrison recorded 20 points and 11 rebounds, shooting 62% from the floor (10-for-16). She pulled down five offensive boards and added two blocks in 36 minutes.

Mary Slaughter
Slaughter set career highs with 37 points and 18 rebounds in a loss to Howard Payne. She tied her career high with 18 rebounds set in 2005 vs. HPU. She shot 64% from the floor with four blocks and four  steals. She came back to ETBU for her senior year after a year and half off after injury at Missouri-St. Louis. Slaughter was the 2005-06 ASC East freshman of the year.

Brenna Coll
Coll had a career-high 27 points in a win over Penn State Brandywine as part of a week in which she averaged 22.0 points and 7.7 rebounds She also scored 15 of her game-high 18 points in the second half as the Aggies rallied from 17 down to top Eastern Mennonite. She shot 6-for-12 from 3-point range and averaged 3.0 assists.
