Matt Magnusen
Magnusen scored a career-high 33 points against Earlham and accounted for 23 points and eight rebounds against Wabash. The senior averaged 28.0 points and 5.5 rebounds last week while hitting 22-of-38 shots (.579 percent) from the field.
Tony Borghese
Borghese helped lead the Cardinals to a tournament championship win against Ohio Wesleyan 65-64. Borghese scored eight of Otterbein's final 11 points and sank two free throws with 17 seconds left to give Otterbein the win. The junior averaged 19 points and was perfect from the foul line last week.
Justin Wansley
In four games last week, Wansley averaged 18.3 points, 10.3 rebounds, and 2.3 steals in key conference wins over Roanoke and Washington & Lee.
R.K. Thurman
Thurman was instrumental to Thomas More this week, averaging 17.3 points and 10.3 rebounds in three games, leading the team in both categories. For the week, he made 64.7% of his field goal attempts and 72.7% of his free throws.
Joel Kolmodin
Kolmodin paced the Thunder to their first 11-0 start since 1995-96 with 15 points and 11.2 rebounds per game in Wheaton’s road trip to Texas.
Women's
December Bails
A senior, Bails averaged 20.7 points and six rebounds propelling the Bloodhounds to a 2-1 week. Bails notched a double-double with 23 points and 10 rebounds in a win against Rutgers-Newark and followed that with 22 points and three steals against SUNY-Old Westbury.
Brooke Warner
Warner led Thomas More in scoring and rebounding in four games last week, averaging 15.3 points and 6.8 rebounds.
Tamika Rogers
Rogers averaged 16.5 points and 10.0 rebounds per game last weekend on her way to being named MVP of LVC’s Rinso Marquette Invitational. Rogers notched a double-double in the Valley’s 75-64 victory aginst Mary Washington in the first round of the tournament. Then in the team’s 76-72 overtime win over York (Pa.) in the championship game, Rogers poured in 19 points to go with nine rebounds.
Emily Crider
Crider led Randolph-Macon to two ODAC victories this past weekend, including the first win over Emory & Henry since January 2000. In two games, she averaged 17.5 points, 6.5 rebounds, and 4.5 blocked shots
Estrella Kuilan
Kuilan averaged a double-double in Salem State’s two games last week, hitting for 21 points and 12 boards, in wins over 5-2 Clark and 6-2 RPI.
