The Team of the Week is D3hoops.com's weekly honor roll, recognizing the top performance at each of the five positions from the previous week.

Men's

Damien Strahorn
Strahorn's performance Saturday on the road against NESCAC leader Bowdoin (15-for-20, 5-for-8, 8-for-9 for 43 points) ranks as one of the top all-time performances in Colby history and helped push Colby back into contention for the NESCAC postseason tournament. Walker ended the week with 74 points and 10 assists in two games.

Lydale Waller
Waller capped off a great week by leading the Mountaineers to a 90-86 victory over Suffolk, scoring 44 points including 8-for-10 from behind the 3-point line. He shot 60.4% from the floor (29-for-48) and 14-for-26 from 3-point range on th eweek, scoring 82 points in three games.

Jared Mills
Mills had back-to-back games with more than 20 points as the Yellow Jackets clinched the ODAC regular-season title. At Bridgewater he scored a career and game-high 26 points on 11-for-14 shooting and also had seven rebounds and two blocked shots. At Hampden-Sydney, Mills scored a game-high 23 points, shooting 5-for-6 from the floor and 13-for-16 at the foul line. He also grabbed eight rebounds. For the week, Mills averaged 24.5 points and 7.5 rebounds, and shot 16-for-20 (80.0%) overall.

Derek Reich
Reich averaged more than a point per minute as Chicago swept a pair of UAA games. In a 103-78 win against Emory, Reich contributed 30 points, 13 rebounds, and two blocked shots in 22 minutes. He was 12-for-16 from the field, 3-for-5 from 3-point range, and 3-for-4 from the foul line. Reich then scored 25 points, pulled down 11 boards, and handed out three assists as the Maroons defeated Case Reserve 80-64. He shot 11-for-16 from the floor, 2-for-2 from 3-point distance, and 1-of-2 from the line

Matt Beacom
Beacom became the No. 8 career scorer in Pitt-Bradford history with 1,319 points, scoring 91 points in three games on 37-for-50 shooting from the floor and 17-for-21 from the foul line. He added 19 steals, five assists, five blocks and five steals.

Women's

Cara Barbierri
Barbierri became the second St. Lawrence player to reach 1,000 points for her career in two days with a 12-point effort in a 66-47 win over Skidmore. She recorded a Saint season-high 25 points on 10-for-14 shooting in a 65-42 win against Union. With the 3-0 week, the Saints clinched a tie for the UCAA regular-season title with two games remaining

Rachael Poland
Poland averaged 26.0 points and 9.3 rebounds per game as The 'Berg went 2-1, nearly upseting No. 7 Wilmington. Rachael scored 23 points and grabbed seven rebounds against Earlham. She had her 24th career game with 25 or more points against Ohio Northern on Wednesday. She finished with 30 points, 11 rebounds and two steals in the win. On Saturday, she marked her 100th career game with her 25th contest over 25 points. She finished with 25 points, 10 rebounds and three assists against the Quakers. She moved into third place on the Ohio Athletic Conference all-time scoring list with 1,839 points.

Katie Benjamin
Benjamin hit a game-winning baseline jumper as the buzzer sounded to help JCU defeat Muskingum 86-84 in overtime at home on Wednesday, then had a career-high 27 points in a loss to OAC second-place Otterbein on the road Saturday. She finished the week 20-for-30 from the floor, 3-for-5 from 3-point range and 8-for-11 from the line, while pulling down 24 rebounds and adding nine assists and eight steals for the week.

Nicole Harlmon
Harlmon grabbed a career-high 22 rebounds and scored 25 points in upset win against Howard Payne. Her 22 rebounds were the 10th-best in Division III this eason. She averaged 21 rpg and 19.5 ppg in two games, picking up her sixth and seventh double-doubles of the year. Had five steals in a loss to Sul Ross State. Harlmon shot 11-for-16 from the line (68%) and 14-for-27 from the floor (51%) in two games

Alicia Davis
Davis shot 75.8% from the field as Loras went 2-1 in Iowa Conference games, losing only by 4 points on the road to IIAC leader Wartburg. Davis also improved her Division III-best field goal percentage to 72.0%, shooting 25-for-33 from the floor for the week while totaling 51 rebounds. The 6-4 sophomore had back-to-back games with 23 rebounds vs. Buena Vista and 20 boards vs. Wartburg. Those two games were also her 16th and 17th double-doubles of the season.
