March 10, 2020 Ghiloni announces retirement at Denison After 18 years leading the Denison men's basketball team, Bob Ghiloni announced his retirement as the program's head coach. Associate head coach Chris Sullivan has been promoted to head coach of the men's basketball program.
January 22, 2020 Wednesday wrap: Raiders roll No. 6 Marietta fell hard on the road, as Mount Union finally got the signature win to erase its frustrating November. Meanwhile, No. 1 Swarthmore survived against Ursinus, but No. 14 Wooster did not at Denison. Curry won a conference game for the first time since 2015. And two top 15 teams in women's action fell.
February 14, 2018 Men's wrapup: Witt falls again, and Witt's not alone Wittenberg lost for the second time after a 22-0 start, the top-ranked team in the Atlantic lost by 21, a newly minted regionally ranked team lost at home by 18 and a ranking hopeful lost at home after coughing up a 23-point lead in Wednesday's Division III men's basketball action.
November 29, 2017 Wednesday: Holding on at home No. 7 Hanover held off a late rally by No. 16 Ohio Wesleyan to win its home opener and No. 17 Christopher Newport did the same to beat Salisbury in the CAC opener. Elsewhere Lycoming and Nichols started conference play with more convincing wins.
May 1, 2017 Former D3 and D1 head coach fills spot at Nebraska Wesleyan Sam Dixon, who was the head men's coach at Denison for four seasons and head women's coach at Furman for eight, will be the Prairie Wolves' new head women's basketball coach.
