January 11, 2014 Eureka's Eeten Sets SLIAC Scoring Record in 76-59 Win Over Fontbonne EUREKA, Ill. – Eureka College senior guard Caty Eeten (Eureka, Ill./Eureka H.S.) hit a jumper along the base line for her 1,689th career point with 7:55 left in the first half of Saturday's game, breaking the record for most points scored by a St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference women's basketball player and sparking the Red Devils in a 76-59 SLIAC victory over Fontbonne at the Reagan Center.
