Women's

Karli Mukai

Mukai recorded a program-record 38 points in a 93-90 double overtime win at Whitworth. She averaged 26 points, five rebounds, and three assists per game in a pair of conference road tilts. Mukai scored 31 of her career-high 38 points in the second half and overtime to lead the Pioneers back from a 20-point deficit and earn their first NWC win of the season. She finished the weekend with a team-high 13 points and tacked on six rebounds against Whitman.

 

Caydee Kirkham

Kirkham continued her sensational season and led the Kohawks to their seventh and eighth consecutive wins with a 77-64 defeat of Dubuque and a 61-55 win over Buena Vista. She opened the week registering a team-high 20 points and nine assists, a new career-high. She shot 8-of-11 from the floor and 2-of-3 from beyond the arc, adding three rebounds and one steal while playing a team-high 38 minutes. Kirkham then had a solid performance in limited action with 16 points, six assists, and four rebounds in 25 minutes of play.

 

Kelly Walsh

Walsh scored a season-high 20 points on 8-of-13 shooting to help Babson defeat Tufts, 78-76. She scored 12 second-half points and converted the go-ahead layup with 5.7 seconds to go to help the Beavers pick up their first win over the Jumbos since 2014.

 

Lexi Dellinger

Dellinger averaged 26 points and 11 rebounds as the Ravens went 2-0 on the week. She converted 11-of-19 (58%) shots from 3-point range and 17-of-34 (50%) attempts from the field. Dellinger notched 26 points and eight rebounds in Anderson's 74-68 win against Manchester. She also knocked down 5-of-7 (71%) shots from the perimeter. Dellinger then produced 25 points and 13 rebounds in Anderson's 79-71 road win against Franklin.

 

Katie Titus

Titus finished as Rochester's leading scorer in a pair of wins during the week. She averaged 24 points, eight rebounds, and six assists per game while shooting 53% from the field. In the UAA opener at Emory, Titus nearly had a triple-double for UR, scoring 26 points with 10 rebounds and 8 assists. She added 5 steals and 3 blocks while making 12-of-23 shots in the 75-66 win.

 

Men's

Raheem Anthony

Anthony averaged 25 ppg and 11 rpg in leading the Cardinal to wins over Finlandia, Hamline, and Saint John's. He kicked off his week by pouring in 21 points in a lopsided win over Finlandia, delivering 23 points and 15 rebounds in an 81-72 win over Hamline, and topped it off with a 32-point, 10-rebound showing in the Cardinals' week-ending 69-57 upset of league-leading St. John's - a win that snapped St. Mary's 29-game losing streak against the Johnnies.
 

Logan Wendell

Wendell guided Ithaca to a 3-0 week with wins over RPI 64-53, Hobart 75-74, and Hamilton 59-57. Wendell averaged 23 points and four rebounds as he went 14-for-20 from the field, 7-for-9 from 3-point range and 11-for-13 at the line in two conference matchups. On Jan. 2, Wendell scored 10 points against Hamilton, but his buzzer-beating shot to win the game was featured as the No. 1 play on SportsCenter. The shot has since been viewed more than four millions times across multiple social media platforms.

 

Benjamin Pearce

Pearce, a freshman, continued his string of consecutive 20-point games this week as the Eagles went 2-0 at home vs. Oglethorpe and Rochester. Pearce had 22 points and 5 assists in the win over the Stormy Petrels on Monday before dropping a season-high 27 points as Emory rallied to knock off the Yellowjackets in the UAA opener on Saturday. Pearce shot 50% across the two games and was 6-for-19 from beyond the arc.

 

Jesse Hafemeister

Hafemeister led Catholic to a pair of victories, including a 10-point road win at Mary Washington. Hafemeister scored a career-high 33 points in the effort, knocking down five threes to help Catholic erase a halftime deficit. Hafemeister also pulled in eight rebounds. He followed it up with 15 points and six rebounds in a 21-point win over Scranton.

 

Christian Parker

Parker had a double-double with 30 points, 10 rebounds, six steals, and four blocks in the overtime win over Baldwin Wallace. Parker then came out and scored 26 points with eight rebounds in a win over Capital. He was a huge force in two giant OAC wins for Mount Union.
