Shorewomen Post First-Ever Road Win Over Mules In Monumental 66-60 Comeback VictoryJanuary 07, 2017Visiting Washington College registered its first all-time victory at Muhlenberg, 66-60, on Saturday afternoon at Memorial Hall in Centennial Conference women's basketball action. The Shorewomen, who trailed 42-29 at halftime, held the Mules to just 18 points in the second half while scoring 37 points of their own. Senior guard Ali Grundy scored a game-best and career-high 25 points in the win and put Washington ahead for good at 57-54 with a three-pointer with 2:08 remaining as the Shorewomen shot a season-high 56% from three-point range (10-for-18).

Shorewomen Capture Tournament Title with 65-61 Win at CatholicDecember 31, 2011Visiting Washington College snapped host Catholic University's nine-game winning streak with a 65-61 win over the Cardinals in the championship game of the Catholic University Holiday Tournament this afternoon in Washington, DC. It was the Shorewomen's (6-4) second road win over the Cardinals (9-2) this season. Washington handed Catholic a 48-46 setback, previously the Cardinals' only loss, in the season opener for both teams on November 15th.
