March 18, 2025 D3hoops.com 2025 women's All-Region 2 team The Little East takes two of the region's big awards with RIC point guard Madison Medbury being selected Player of the Year and Southern Maine freshman Lucy Wiles Rookie of the Year. Smith head coach Lynn Hersey nets another Coach of the Year honor.

March 15, 2025 Road warriors head to Salem New York University cruised to victory at Gettysburg and UW-Stout won a thriller in Scranton to complete a weekend in which road teams won all four NCAA Tournament sectionals. The Violets and Blue Devils will be joined by Smith and UW-Oshkosh in next week's national semifinals in Salem, Va.
March 14, 2025 Sweet 16: Smith, UWO knock out hosts Smith ousted unbeaten Bowdoin from the Tournament for the second season in a row while UW-Oshkosh dominated the clash of the Titans in Bloomington. Elsewhere, Scranton rallied to victory, Gettysburg gritted through another round, and Baldwin Wallace edged Ohio Wesleyan in the Division III women's basketball sectional semifinals.
