March 12, 2018 D3hoops.com 2017-18 men's All-Atlantic Region team Tyheim Monroe, who finished in the top 10 all-time for Division III career rebounds, is the Atlantic Region Player of the Year. Wilkes' Izzi Metz is Coach of the Year and two players split the regional Rookie of the Year.

May 11, 2014 Wilkes hires former Hobart coach Izzi Metz, who was head coach at Hobart for five seasons and was most recently an assistant coach at Boston College, takes on the challenge of trying to rebuild the Colonels.
