February 17, 2015 Western New England's Dorothy O’Neill Tabbed CCC Rookie of the Week for Fourth Time SPRINGFIELD, Mass.--For the fourth time this season, Western New England women's basketball student-athlete Dorothy O'Neill (Staten Island, N.Y./St. John Villa Academy) has been selected the Commonwealth Coast Conference Rookie of the Week. The freshman point guard also was named on Jan. 18, Nov. 23 and Nov. 17.
December 9, 2014 Chelsea Vujs Tabbed CCC Women's Basketball Co-Player of the Week, Named to NEWBA Honor Roll SPRINGFIELD, Mass.--Western New England University junior guard/forward Chelsea Vujs (Berlin, Conn.) has been named the Commonwealth Coast Conference Women's Basketball co-Player of the Week. This marks the first time that Vujs has received the conference's top weekly honor.
