February 12, 2022 Saturday no better for men's ranked teams No. 4 CNU survived a challenge from Salisbury, No. 5 UW-Platteville sustained another defeat, LaGrange outlasted No. 11 Maryville, Tufts took it to No. 12 Williams, No. 15 Yeshiva lost again and Plymouth State knocked off No. 25 Mass-Dartmouth at the buzzer.
July 23, 2019 WIAC assistant takes over at Houghton Houghton hired UW-River Falls assistant coach Lance Westberg to lead it's men's basketball team. He takes over for Corky McMullen who stepped down from the position in June.

July 24, 2018 Bank will open with D-III teams U.S. Bank Stadium in Minneapolis, which will host the D-I men's basketball Final Four in 2019, will get its first hoops run-through with two D-III teams as St. Thomas and UW-River Falls open the building for basketball this November.
January 31, 2018 Wednesday wrap: Extra extras Babson closed ground in the NEWMAC by beating No. 8 MIT in overtime while Muhlenberg upset Swarthmore and UW-River Falls edged UW-La Crosse in overtime. Elsewhere it was a record setting night at F&M and a rival-sweeping night for Stevens Point.
