February 8, 2013 RIT Head Coach Bob McVean win's 500th as men's basketball beats Bard ANNANDALE-ON-HUDSON, NY -- RIT Head Coach Bob McVean became the 32nd coach in NCAA Divison III history to reach 500 career wins on Friday as the RIT (7-14, 3-9 Liberty League) men's basketball team beat Bard College 71-58. In 35 years on the bench, McVean has amassed a 500-390 career record, including 442 wins as RIT Head Coach.
August 16, 2012 Scott hired as men's coach at SUNY-Maritime Maritime athletic director Heather MacCulloch announced the hiring of Jake Scott as the Privateers' new men’s basketball coach. He replaces Dick Hack, who went 10-40 in two seasons.
