The loss, the Crimson and Gold’s fourth in a row, drops their record to 4-12, 1-6 NECC and the victory improves Southern Vermont’s mark to 15-3, 9-0 NECC.

The victory was the Pride’s first NECC Championship since joining the conference in 2011 and they handed the Mountaineers who were previously undefeated in NECC play their first conference loss. The loss also snapped Southern Vermont’s 16 game win streak.
