March 11, 2019 D3hoops.com 2019 women's All-West Region team There is a plethora of potent post players in the West, and Hannah Spaulding of St. Thomas leads the pack as our West Region Player of the Year. Pomona-Pitzer's Jill Pace and Carly Leong grab the Coach of the Year and Rookie of the Year awards respectively.
