NEW YORK – Baruch College scored 18 points off of 20 Beaver turnovers as the Bearcats (18-1, 11-0) stayed perfect in conference play with a 62-31 victory over the City College of New York (4-15, 4-7 CUNYAC) on Monday evening at Nat Holman Gymnasium.

Bria Fisher posted her eighth double-double with 10 points and 10 rebounds while Giovanna Blanco finished with three blocked shots and nine rebounds.

CCNY recorded six team blocks, led by Blanco's three as Fisher, Syreeta Williams and Sajidah Pressley also picked up one apiece.

For the Bearcats, Sheridan Taylor finished with 14 points and 14 rebounds, both game-high's as Baruch dished out 17 assists as a team in the victory.

Fisher led all Beavers with six points and five rebounds in the first half while Blanco posted five rebounds and two blocked shots in the opening period.

The Beavers head to Staten Island to face the Dolphins of the College of Staten Island on Wednesday at 7:30 p.m.
