Trinity Women's Basketball Beaten At Baruch In Regular Season Finale

New York, N.Y. - The Baruch College Bearcats defeated the visiting Bantams of Trinity College, 56-39, in a women's basketball action this evening at the ARC Arena. Trinity closes the regular season at 10-13, while Barucg is now 16-9.

Trinity 24.1 percent shooting and came up short in the rebounding battle by a 47-35 margin. The contest was close early with Trinity trailing, 31-28, with 17:45 remaining, but Baruch outscored the Bantams, 17-3, over the next nine minutes to pull away.

Senior tri-captain guard Kaitlin Ciarleglio (Waterbury, Conn.) led the visitors with 17 points and five rebounds, while sophomore forward Taylor Murtaugh (Bronx, N.Y.) grabbed a team-high eight rebounds.
