The Team of the Week presented by Scoutware is D3hoops.com's weekly honor roll, in its 20th season of recognizing the top performance at each of the five positions from the previous week.

Women's

Amely Del Rosario

Del Rosario averaged 36 points, 7 rebounds, 4 assists, and 4 steals over the first three games of the season.  She scored 40 points for the second and third times in her career, against Rowan and in an opening night victory over Ferrum.

Katie McDaniels
Scored a career-high 38 points in an OT loss at #13 Hope, the fourth-highest single-game point total in program history and is the most points ever by a women's basketball player at Hope's DeVos Fieldhouse. She scored 21 points against Trine in the Beth Baker Classic championship game and added eight assists.

Camille McPherson
McPherson is averaging a double-double of 24.5 points and 11.5 rebounds per game while helping Moravian begin the 2016-17 season with a 3-1 mark that includes a 58-50 win over No 17 Muhlenberg College in the season opener. McPherson is 32-of-66 from the floor (48.5) percent, 9-for-18 beyond the three-point line and 25-for-26 (96.2 percent) at the foul line through four games.

Anais Weatherly
Weatherly is a key reason for the Quakers' 4-0 start. She has two double-doubles through four games and narrowly missed a triple-double (21 points, 14 rebounds, 9 steals) in the season-opening win over preseason USA South favorite Greensboro. Weatherly had a 7:1 assist-to-turnover ratio, plus game highs in points (15), rebounds (10), assists (7), steals (4) in Guilford's victory over Randolph.

Lisa Murphy
Murphy has led the Carnegie Mellon Tartans to a 5-0 start by averaging 23.4 points per game with 12.0 rebounds per game and 2.8 blocks per game. She's shooting 80.7% from the floor and scored 20 or more points in four of the five games. She turned in a perfect shooting performance from the floor (12-of-12) and free throw line (7-of-7) in the Tartans' 80-60 win against Transylvania in the second game of the season. She also moved into second all-time in rebounds for Carnegie Mellon and now has 861 for her career.

Men's

Ty Sabin
Sabin had a scintillating start to the season in a pair of wins, highlighted by a school record 53-point performance in a 105-100 win against Loras. In that game, Sabin scored 45 of Ripon's 54 second half points, making 12-of-13 shots after halftime, including 5-for-5 from 3-point range and making 16-of-20 free throws in that spectacular half of play. His 53 points breaks the previous school record of 51, which Sabin set last season.

John Decker
Decker scored a career-high 41 points, including 6-of-12 3-pointers and 9-of-10 free throws, in the Knights' 103-93 victory at Morrisville, Tuesday. The 41 points tied for the third-highest individual single-game total in program history and was the most points scored by a Knight in 21 seasons. 

Jordan Robinson
Robinson averaged a double-double for the Vikings last week. He scored 19 points, pulled down 12 rebounds and had one block in an 81-77 win at Dubuque last Tuesday. He followed that up with a season-high 30 points, 13 rebounds, three assists and one steal in a 92-79 win over Adrian on Saturday.

Joshua McGriff
McGriff started the season with three double-doubles as he averaged 23 points per game, 12 rebounds per game, 4.7 blocks per game and 1.3 assists per game. McGriff was one point shy of his career-high with a 30-point game vs Eastern Mennonite where he also grabbed 15 rebounds and made five blocks. He followed that with a 26-point game vs St. Mary's (Md.).  

Kelvin Jones
Jones recorded four-straight double-doubles to open the season, produced back-to-back 31-point performances in games against Bluffton and La Roche, and shot .838 from the field while averaging 27.3 points and 12.3 rebounds per night. He currently leads all of Division III in field-goal percentage (.838).
