    No. 17 Randolph-Macon knocked off No. 2 Guilford in ODAC play, while No. 8 John Carroll followed up its blowout of Mount Union with a road win at Marietta and UW-Stout handed UW-Whitewater its second loss in as many games in Saturday's NCAA Division III men's basketball action.

    It was a record night for the Blue Devils as they ran past Greenville in a barn burner. Stout put on a shooting clinic, connecting on 75.3 percent of their shot attempts in the high scoring affair. Brody Fox obliterated a school record by scoring 70 points. He was nearly perfect from the floor, making 34 of his 38 shots. Not to be out done, teammate Aidan Shore was 16 of 20 from the floor for a career-high 33 points as Stout dominated down low, scoring 122 points in the paint.
  • Blue Devils give sixth-ranked Titans all they can handle

    UW-Stout gave sixth-ranked UW-Oshkosh all they could handle, but the Titans managed to squeak out a two-point 77-75 win over the Blue Devils on Dewey Mintz Court in Johnson Fieldhouse. Oshkosh's Ben Boots hit a 3-pointer with 29.5 seconds remaining to put the Titans over the top.

    With two key players not suited up, UW-Stout found other ways to win in an 85-76 win over Northland College Friday, Dec. 21, on Dewey Mintz Court in Johnson Fieldhouse.Jon Ciriacks led Stout with a career-best 25 points, scoring 14 points in the second half. Luke Geiger scored a career-high 21 points, 16 in the second half. Both players were 8 of 8 from free throw range.

    Freshman Joe Duty scored a career and game-high 24 points, but it wouldn't be near enough for UW-Stout as the Blue Devils were downed at 13th-ranked UW-Oshkosh, 89-66, Wednesday. Duty scored 13 points in the first half and 11 in the second half, topping his previous career-best of 21 points.

    UW-Stout was forced to play catch-up all night long as UW-Platteville gave the Blue Devils a 73-54 Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (WIAC) loss at Johnson Fieldhouse Wednesday. Zach Dahl led Stout with 14 points, going 5 of 9 from the floor and 4 of 4 from the line. Adam Mackey scored 11 points, including one of Stout's three 3-point baskets.

    UW-Stout ran out to a 17-point halftime lead and kept the offensive pressure on in the second half as the Blue Devils had four players score in double digits on their way to a 94-59 win over Silver Lake College Thursday at the UW-Manitowoc gymnasium. Sam Ortmann led the Blue Devils with 17 points and Isaac Elliott chipped in 15 points.

    The Blue Devils fought hard in their final game of the season, but the D3 Hoops.com No. 2 ranked Warhawks proved to be too much to handle. The final buzzer ended with UW-Whitewater on top 86-77. Jarvis Ragland was just four points shy of his career high, scoring 22 points and grabbing nine rebounds in his final career game for the Blue Devils.

    UW-Oshkosh ran all over UW-Stout Saturday at Kolf Sports Center on their way to a 94-72 win over the Blue Devils. The second half was a different story as Stout outscored the Titans 51-47 after the break but the deficit was too much. Jarvis Ragland scored 19 of his team-high 21 points in the second half.

    UW-Whitewater never let up, as they beat the Blue Devils 96-67 Saturday. The Warhawks shot the ball very well, 55 percent overall, while the Blue Devils shot only 41.1 percent from the field. Cody Odegaard socred a game high 26 points for the third ranked Warhawks, while Jarvis Ragland (Sr, Milwaukee) posted a double-double with 18 points, and 10 rebounds in the Blue Devils.
