No. 17 Randolph-Macon knocked off No. 2 Guilford in ODAC play, while No. 8 John Carroll followed up its blowout of Mount Union with a road win at Marietta, Wheaton knocked off No. 15 Elmhurst and UW-Stout handed UW-Whitewater its second loss in as many games in Saturday's NCAA Division III men's basketball action.

Tied at 54 entering the final five minutes, Randolph-Macon began to draw consecutive fouls on Guilford, getting to the line and knocking down crucial free throws. A Gabe Proctor foul on Keishawn Pulley Jr.'s three-point attempt was a crucial one, giving the visitors a four-point lead with 3:46 left to play (58-54).

Farrish brought Guilford back within a point (58-57), with the assist from Tyler Dearman (3:29). Dearman and Julius Burch made a pair of free throws each in the next minute to put the Quakers up by one (65-61), but it was the last lead that they would have for the remainder of the game. Pulley Jr. was the hero for the Yellow Jackets, sinking a shot from beyond the arc with 1:02 left, and Guilford could not come back from this point as No. 17 Randolph-Macon defeated No. 2 Guilford on the road, 65-61. The Yellow Jackets (12-3, 5-1 ODAC) held Guilford to one made field goal in the game’s final eight minutes.

No. 8 John Carroll followed up Wednesday’s blowout win over No. 12 Mount Union with a 10-point win at Marietta, 81-71. Luke Chicone led four Blue Streaks starters in double-figure scoring with 22 points and added seven assists, and John Carroll (14-1, 8-0 OAC) outscored the Pioneers 32-18 in the paint.

Wheaton (Ill.) picked up just its fourth win of the season, but it was a big one, as the Thunder got past 15th-ranked Elmhurst 75-69. All five starters scored in double figures for Wheaton (4-12, 3-4 CCIW), as the collected five scored 73 of the Thunder's 75 points and 169 of the 200 minutes. Wheaton took the lead for good on a pair of Connor Braun free throws with 10:11 to play, and Braun followed with a 3-pointer less than a minute later to provide a larger cushion.

Brody Fox scored a game-high 35 points, including a layup at the buzzer, as UW-Stout defeated No. 9 UW-Whitewater 84-82. The Warhawks shot just 2-for-10 from 3-point range as they lost their second consecutive game after getting off to a 12-1 start.

Jalen Overway scored a game-high 31 points, shooting 13-for-22 from the floor as No. 3 Calvin won at Olivet 71-67. Ryan Bart made one of two free throws for Olivet (2-13, 0-4 MIAA) to tie the game at 67 with 18 seconds left. Jordan Scott responded with a driving left-handed layup with just over two seconds remaining, and a turnover sealed the win.

Bridgewater beat a nationally ranked team for the first time since 2019 as the Eagles defeated No. 20 Virginia Wesleyan 75-56. Will Dunlap and Jordan Cooper hit 3-pointers in the second half to help Bridgewater (11-5, 4-3 Old Dominion Athletic Conference) extend its lead out from 40-33 to 52-38. Alec Topper and Aaron Oates tied for the game-high with 19 points in the win, as Virginia Wesleyan fell to 14-3, 5-3 ODAC.

St. Vincent tied its school record for the longest winning streak, one set when the Bearcats were an NAIA power, as they defeated Franciscan 84-74. Three players eclipsed 20 points for the Bearcats (16-0, 11-0 PAC), who tied the 2004-05 squad for the longest winning streak in program history and are now one of just two undefeated NCAA Division III teams (joining Trinity, Conn.), and one of only five unbeaten squads from across all NCAA classifications. Mike Iuzzolino led all scorers with 27 points, connecting on six three-pointers and going 7-for-7 from the foul line, while Osyon Jones added 22 points on 8-for-12 shooting and Jaden Gales scored 20 points and a team-high eight rebounds and three blocked shots.

Belhaven and Piedmont combined to score just four points in the final 3:05, as Belhaven improved to 11-5 overall and 3-1 in College Conference of the South play, defeating Piedmont 72-71. The Blazers survived a second half in which Piedmont went 7-for-15 from 3-point range, but the Lions couldn't hit their last shot at the buzzer. Jordan Marshall led the way for the Blazers with 20 points.
