    NEW PALTZ, N.Y.--The SUNY Potsdam men's basketball team (3-22, 2-16 SUNYAC) finished up its season in spectacular fashion by defeating the SUNY New Paltz Hawks (1-23, 0-18) 84-82 in overtime. Sophomore guard Nosa Onabor (Brooklyn, N.Y./Northside Charter) led the way for the Bears, dropping 28 points. He hit seven 3-pointers on the day. Onabor also contributed six rebounds and three assists. Freshman guard Danny Delsol-Lowry (Queens, N.Y./Queens High School of Teaching) contributed a double-double to the Bears effort with a career high 20 points and 10 rebounds.

Sophomore guard Dante Langley (Schuylerville, N.Y./Schuylerville) led the way for the Bears with 17 points and five rebounds. Freshman guard Jayquan Thomas (Hollis, N.Y./Richmond Hill) had 15 points for the Bears to go along with a block and three steals.

    POTSDAM, N.Y.—Plattsburgh State (11-11, 7-9 SUNYAC) shot over 50 percent from the floor to down the SUNY Potsdam men's basketball team (2-21, 1-15) 99-78 on Friday night at Jerry Welsh Gymnasium. Freshman guard Danny Desol-Lowry (Queens, N.Y./Queens H.S. of Teaching) led the Bears with 13 points, four assists and two steals. Sophomore guard Dante Langley (Schuylerville, N.Y./Schuylerville) scored 11 points and grabbed seven rebounds. Sophomore guard Nosa Onabor (Brooklyn, N.Y./Northside Charter) also scored 11 points and freshman guard Jayquan Thomas (Hollis, N.Y./Richmond Hill) finished with 10 points. Sophomore forward Jonathan Patron (Huntington, N.Y./Harborfields) had a game-high 36 points and 15 boards for the Cardinals.

Sophomore guard Nosa Onabor (Brooklyn, N.Y./Brooklyn Prep) led the Bears with 25 points, seven rebounds and two blocks and fellow sophomore guard Dante Langley (Schuylerville, N.Y./Schuylerville) scored 12 points.

Sophomore guard Nosa Onabor (Brooklyn, N.Y./Northside Charter) came off the bench and scored 15 points, while sophomore forward Serigne Kane (Brooklyn, N.Y./Brooklyn Prep) had 10 points and seven rebounds.

Senior forward Mikey McElroy () finished with 21 points, while graduate student guard Frankie Kelly (Brewster, N.Y./Kennedy Catholic) recorded a double-double with 13 points and 12 assists and added four steals.

Sophomore guard Nosa Onabor (Brooklyn, N.Y./Northside Charter) led the Bears with 20 points and freshman forward Kristoff Saunders (Queens, N.Y./Queens H.S. of Teaching) had a team-high seven rebounds and 12 points. Senior guard Brian Sortino (Fairport, N.Y./Fairport) finished with 22 points for the Lakers, while fellow senior Keith Tyson (Syracuse, N.Y./Henninger) grabbed a game-high eight boards and 16 points.

Thomas led both teams and had a career-high 33 points in the loss, while Tyler Stenglein led the Golden Flyers with 18 points and seven rebounds.

The victory was the first of new Potsdam head coach Jim Bechtel's career. Sophomore guard Nosa Onabor (Brooklyn, N.Y./Northside Charter) was named to the all-tournament team and recorded a career-high 32 points to lead the Bears in the victory, while adding eight rebounds. Aaron Parra and Anthony Iglesias each finished with nine points for St. Joe's.

Senior captain Josh Blagrove (Brooklyn, N.Y./Bishop Ford) led the Bears with 16 points and seven boards and freshman guard Jayquan Thomas (Hollis, N.Y./Richmond Hill) added 15 points. Garrisson Duvivier scored a game-high 22 points and dished out five assists for the Fighting Scots, while Sam Johnson recorded a double-double with 19 points and 14 rebounds.

Sophomore forward Josh Blagrove (Brooklyn, N.Y./Bishop Ford) and freshman guard Nosa Onabor (Brooklyn, N.Y./Northside Charter) both led the Bears with 12 points. Xavier Thomas led the Cardinals with 15 points and nine rebounds including 11 for 11 from the free throw line, while Edward Correa added 14 points.
