March 3, 2023 Late rallies lift Skidmore, Oshkosh Skidmore rallied from a 13-point fourth quarter deficit to beat Johns Hopkins while UW-Oshkosh lost its 13-point lead but then came back to tip Washington & Lee. Elsewhere, Marietta won a thriller in Upstate New York, Wartburg ousted Baldwin Wallace, and the SUNYAC went 2-0 in Round 1 of the 2023 Division III women's basketball NCAA Tournament.
January 21, 2023 Saturday women: Not standings still UW-Eau Claire won in overtime to stay on top of the WIAC standings but Ohio Northern stumbled into a first place tie in the OAC. Elsewhere, Tufts kept pace in the jumbled NESCAC and Stockton kept the NJAC race interesting.
November 11, 2022 Marietta gains road victory over Saint Vincent LATROBE, Pa. – The Marietta College women's basketball team earned a 51-38 road victory over Saint Vincent College on Friday (Nov. 11). With the win the Pioneers improve to 1-1 on the season and with the loss the Bearcats fall to 1-1 overall.
