Stellar Smith forward Morgan Morrison was selected Player of the Year and Mary Schleusner of Washington and Lee was chosen as Rookie of the Year.
March 14, 2023 D3hoops.com 2023 women's All-Region 1 team This All-Region team looks a lot like the NESCAC first-team all-conference selections, including Tufts' Maggie Russell as Player of the Year and Hamilton's Taylor Lambo as Rookie of the Year. Coach of the Year goes to Emily Garner who led Trinity (Conn.) to new heights.

March 4, 2023 Russell's Double Double Powers Tufts Women's Hoops to Sweet 16 MEDFORD, MA (March 4, 2023) -- Junior forward Maggie Russell posted a game-high 23 points while pulling in 16 rebounds for the No. 21 Tufts University women's basketball team as the Jumbos advanced to their 11th straight Sweet 16 with a 59-50 NCAA Tournament Second Round win over Skidmore College in action from Cousens Gymnasium.
March 3, 2023 Team Effort Powers Tufts to NCAA Tournament First Round Victory MEDFORD, MA (March 3, 2023) – The Tufts University Women's basketball team used a balanced attack to defeat the United States Merchant Marine Academy, 72-57, in the first round NCAA tournament first round game hosted at Cousens Gymnasium.
