June 14, 2019 SUNY Cobleskill coach heads west to Macalester For the second consecutive off season, Macalester selected a head coach from a distant Division III school to lead its women's program. Katie Kollar replaces Pamela Findlay who resigned in April.
June 6, 2018 Lewis & Clark coach heads to Macalester After two seasons as head women's basketball coach at Lewis & Clark, Pamela Findlay is taking over at Macalester, meaning both Lewis & Clark head basketball coaching positions are turning over this offseason.
April 22, 2018 Macalester coach returns to U. of Minnesota Kelly Roysland, a former assistant coach at the University of Minnesota, will be headed back there to serve as an assistant to new coach Lindsay Whalen.
February 19, 2014 Macalester snaps nine-game slide against St. Olaf Erin Murray (So., Sparta, Wis.) led the way with 23 points, taking advantage of six three-pointers as Macalester held off visiting St. Olaf for a 61-58 victory over the Oles at the Leonard Center in St. Paul. The Scots snap out of a nine-game slump and improve to 4-20 overall, 3-18 in the MIAC.
February 5, 2014 Gustavus tops Macalester Gustavus went out to a 40-24 halftime lead and went on to topple Macalester 71-49 at the Leonard Center. The Gusties shot 45% and advance to 12-8 on the season, 9-8 in MIAC play. Macalester drops to 3-17 overall and 2-15 in the MIAC.
February 3, 2014 First-place St. Mary's topples Macalester St. Mary’s kept its hold on the top spot in the MIAC standing, shooting 48% and making 9-of-17 from outside the three-point arc, to beat Macalester 75-52 in Winona. The Scots were held to 33% shooting and were out-rebounded 47-32.
