December 30, 2024 #19 Tartans Clash with #20 Baldwin Wallace in BW Invitational Championship Game The 19th-ranked Carnegie Mellon University women's basketball team competed in the Baldwin Wallace University Invitational championship game on Monday, December 30 against 20th-ranked Baldwin Wallace. The hosts rallied in the second half to top the Tartans, 70-51, for the Tartans first loss of the season while the Yellow Jackets moved to 9-1.
December 29, 2024 Seniors Lead #19 Carnegie Mellon to 10-0 The 19th-ranked Carnegie Mellon University women's basketball team returned to action after the holiday break with a 71-48 victory against Wisconsin-Eau Claire on Sunday, December 29 at the Baldwin Wallace University Invitational. The Tartans are now 10-0 for the season while the Blugolds are now 4-6.

March 15, 2022 D3hoops.com 2022 women's All-Region 7 team Hope's Kenedy Schoonveld who won the MIAA Player of the Year award three times in a row also wins the Region Player of the Year award three times in a row. Rookie of the Year honors are split between fabulous first years Lindsey Garrison of Bethany and Catherine Orr of Carnegie Mellon, while Hope's Brian Morehouse and Trine's Andy Rang split Coach of the Year honors.
