"It's been a while since we've won in the white uniforms," head coach Brian Morehouse said. "To get back on our floor, playing in the DeVos, and the new scoreboard was really nice. I didn't get a chance to watch it, but I watched it all week. There's some pretty cool stuff going on."

Hope started slowly, but used a 13-4 run to close out the first quarter to take a 21-10 lead. The Flying Dutch then put 30 points on the board in the second quarter as they extended the lead to 51-25 at the half.
