How it Happened

• The Blazers went on a 13-2 run over the last five minutes of the game, as Wright took control scoring nine of the 13 points. Hood shot 5-for-8 in that span to take home the victory 65-57.
• Wright made three straight driving lay-ups to start the game for the Blazers to grab an early 6-4 lead. Both teams traded baskets for the last five minutes of the period, as Hood held the advantage early, 13-12.
• The second period was identical to the first with both teams trading baskets throughout. Wright and Stanford combined for nine of the Blazers' 17 points in the second period. Both players were in double figures heading into halftime.
• Hailey Sherman hit a driving lay-up with just over a minute left in the second period to give Juniata its biggest lead of the game 32-27. The Golden Eagles went into the break with the lead of 32-30.
• Wright gave the Blazers the lead back with just over a minute in the third period, when she converted on a pull-up jumper to give Hood a 40-38 lead. 
• The Golden Eagles Steph Emert scored a lay-up in the final seconds to give Juniata the 44-42 lead going into the final period.
