Rudder's point total is the most in single game in a NCAA Division III game this year and the second-most in a game in any Division (I, II, III) this season. Division II Virginia Union's Shereka McNeil scored 55 points in a win over Livingstone on November 21.

Rudder was the key factor in the second half surge, scoring 36 of her points in the final 20 minutes – 19 of which came in the game-changing third period.
She opened the quarter scoring eight of the Bulldogs first ten points as part of a 22-7 spurt that put them in front, 51-36 with 3:04 left in the frame.
Rudder continued scoring in the fourth, scoring 11 straight points at one point as the Bulldogs saw their lead balloon to as many as 42 in the final seconds.
