RICHMOND, IND. – Manchester University received a trio of double-figure scoring efforts in a Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference road test Saturday, Jan. 20.

Sophomore guard Nicole Weaver (Fort Wayne, Ind.) scored a squad-best 14 points and grabbed a team-high six rebounds, while classmate Haley Farris (Sharpsville, Ind.) wound up with 11 due, in large part to an eight-for-eight effort at the free throw line. Junior guard Faith-Alexis Graham (Indianapolis, Ind.) chipped in 10 and added five rebounds.

Even with those efforts in tow at Earlham College's Schuckman Court inside Druley Performance Gymnasium, it wasn't enough to overcome a combined 41-13 second and third period roll by the host Quakers, as EC claimed a 73-47 win. The loss dropped MU to 4-12 overall and 3-7 in the conference.

Coach Josh Dzurick's team, part of a four-way tie for sixth-place on the loop standings, return home Wednesday, Jan. 24. They tip-off against Defiance College at 7:30 p.m.
