Baruch Drops CUNYAC Contest at Brooklyn

The Baruch College Bearcats lost 73-39 to the Bulldogs of Brooklyn College in a CUNYAC contest on Wednesday night in Brooklyn, New York.

The Bulldogs broke open the contest in the third quarter by outscoring the visiting Bearcats, 26-7.


Kristen Podlovits (13pts, five stls), Shannon Barrett (12pts, 13rbs, six assts), and Veronica Ganzi (10pts) were the top scorers for the Bearcats.

Alexandra Moogan led the home team with 11 points.

The Bearcats will return home on Saturday, January 14, with a 12:00 p.m. contest against rival Hunter College Hawks on Alumni Day.
