Junior center Kaitlin Langer recorded her 14th double double of the season with 20 points, 10 rebounds, four assists, and three steals Thursday night to lead No. 8-ranked St. Thomas to a 69-48 victory in a home semifinal game in the MIAC women's basketball playoffs.

The Tommies (23-3), who have won 13 in a row, advanced to the playoff title game for the seventh consecutive season. Top-seeded UST will face No. 2-seed St. Mary's at home Saturday at 3 p.m. The Cardinals topped third-seed Gustavus 78-70.

St. Thomas sank 11-of-25 from 3-point range and had only nine turnovers.

Senior guard Katie Stone scored 14 of her 18 points in the second half, making four 3-pointers, and eclipsed 900 career points and 190 career treys. Stone's 71 season treys has broken a school record and is one off the MIAC season all-games record.

Sophomore guard Maddie Wolkow scored all 10 of her points in the fourth period to carry a 10-2 run that let UST pull away.

The Cobbers (18-9) got 18 points from Jenna Januschka, and 10 points and nine rebounds from Olivia Johnson.

Concordia fell behind 10-0 in the game's first 2:58 but took its lone lead of the game at 24-23 with 3:05 to go in the second period. Olivia Johnson's 3-point basket capped the Cobbers' 15-2 run.

UST closed the half with four unanswered points for a 27-24 lead at the break. Johnson's layup cut the lead to 27-26 but the Toms countered with a 9-0 run, and the game was never closer than eight thereafter.
