LISLE, Ill. - The Benedictine University women's basketball team lost for the first time in conference play, dropping a 55-42 contest to Wisconsin Lutheran College.

• Benedictine did not lead in the contest that featured both teams shooting just over 30 percent for the game
• Wisconsin Lutheran opened the game with a three-pointer and held an early 9-2 lead in the first quarter
• Benedictine held Wisconsin Lutheran to just one point over the final 6:31 of the stanza, battling within 10-8 following two free throws from Alanna Ferry
