Nichols suffered its first-ever loss to Johnson State but still leads the all-time series, 2-1. This is the third-straight year the two schools have met.

1) Nichols junior Taylor Daniels (Dudley, Mass.) – scored a game-high 18 points while notching five rebounds, four steals, and four assists
2) Nichols freshman Kristina Domantas (Holden, Mass.) – tallied nine points and 11 rebounds in 21 minutes
3) Johnson St. junior Domonique Carter-Stanley (Norwalk, Conn.) – scored a team-high 13 points and also notched two rebounds and two assists

Nichols scored one point over the final 4:49 of the fourth quarter.

Turning Point
Daniels converted a layup to open the fourth quarter and give the Bison a 47-42 lead. The Badgers clawed their way back to tie the game twice in the final stanza before Carter-Stanley made a pair of free throws with 2:30 to go that put them ahead for good.
