BUFFALO, N.Y.—Senior Jordan Yastremski (Bath/Bath-Haverling) netted a career-high 23 points and grabbed 14 rebounds as Buffalo State led wire-to-wire on its way to an 86-62 victory over visiting Oswego in a SUNYAC game this afternoon.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- Yastremski finished 11 of 14 from the field.
- Britt Perry (Buffalo/Hutch Tech) also tallied a double-double with 16 points and 10 boards, while adding five assists.
- Clarisa Matias (Buffalo/Holy Angels) chipped in 12 points and five assists.
- Krystal Watson (Buffalo/Sacred Heart) added 10 points and five assists, and Keyonte Edwards (Buffalo/O'Hara) scored eight points to go with 10 rebounds.
- The Bengals opened the game with an 11-3 run and never looked back.
- After taking a 39-31 lead into the locker room at halftime, Buffalo State scored the first six points of the third quarter and never let Oswego closer than nine the rest of the way.
- The Bengals shot 44 percent from the field and hit nine 3-pointers, while Oswego shot 34 percent and was just 6 of 23 from long range.
- Buffalo State dominated inside, outrebounding the Lakers, 59-33, and outscoring Oswego in the paint, 52-28.
