Amherst College (11-0) shot 50 percent (25-for-50) from the field and dished out 20 assists as a team en route to its 11th double-digit victory of the season. The Lord Jeffs were led by junior forward Megan Robertson (Tewksbury, MA), who finished with 25 points on 11-of-19 shooting to go along with eight rebounds and three blocks. Meanwhile, freshman guard Jaimie Renner (Newton, MA) chalked up a career-high 25 points, including 19 in the second half, while dishing out eight assists and corralling two rebounds. |

Paladino finished with 11 points and hauled in a career-high 16 rebounds for Rhode Island College (6-5) to go along with two assists and a steal. Andrade added 16 points and 10 rebounds for her eighth double-double of the season and also chipped in with three assists and one block. Senior guard Stephanie Prusko (Lincoln, RI) poured in a team-high 17 points for the Anchorwomen to go along with two steals and two rebounds. |

The Anchorwomen surged ahead of the nationally-ranked Lord Jeffs early in the first half behind a 13-5 scoring run, keyed by six points from Paladino, through the first 8:15 of action. However, Amherst rallied for a 26-12 scoring burst to close out the half, spearheaded by 11 points from Robertson, to send the visitors into the intermission with a 29-25 lead. |

After the two squads exchanged baskets in the opening minutes of the second half, sophomore guard Danielle LeBlanc (Warwick, RI) and freshman guard Alex Moore (West Newbury, MA) buried back-to-back baskets to knot the game, 31-31, with 18:01 remaining in the game. Yet, the Lord Jeffs responded with nine unanswered points, capped off by a pair of buckets from Robertson, to give the visitors a 40-31 lead with 14:59 left to play. |

RIC bounced back with five straight points from Andrade and pair of free throws from Paladino to cut the deficit to four and make it, 42-38, with 13:31 on the clock. However, Amherst answered back with a 14-4 run of its own to jump ahead by 14 with 7:38 left to play and never looked back, en route to the 11-point victory. |

Sophomore guard Cheyenne Pritchard (Ames, IA) posted 10 points, eight assists, and seven rebounds in the win for Amherst, while freshman guard Hannah Peterson (Cambridge, MA) added nine points, seven rebounds, four blocks and three assists. |

LeBlanc contributed nine points and three assists, while Moore registered eight points and three assists for RIC. |

The Anchorwomen outrebounded the Lord Jeffs, 39-37, and managed to corral 16 offensive rebounds as a team. RIC also forced Amherst into 12 turnovers, while coughing the ball up just 10 times on the other end. |

However, Rhode Island College shot just 35 percent (23-for-66) from the field, 25 percent (2-for-8) from beyond the three-point arc, and 65 percent (15-for-23) from the free throw line. |

Meanwhile, Amherst connected on 68 percent (19-for-28) of its free throw attempts and shot 39 percent (5-for-13) from beyond the arc. |
