The Millikin women's basketball team opened the 2013-14 season with a 64-53 win over Greenville College in the CCIW/SLIAC Challenge at Westminster College in Fulton, Mo. on Nov. 15.

          Millikin out shot Greenville 40 percent to 31 percent from the field and out rebounded the Panthers 47-27. 

          Millikin got double doubles from seniors Brittany Czaplicki and Bria Williams.  Czaplicki was the Big Blue's top scorer and rebounder with 18 points and 12 rebounds.  Williams had 17 points and 10 rebounds.   Junior Jasmine Johnson added 10 points.

          Greenville got a team high 11 points and seven rebounds from Coley Baker.

          Millikin will play Westminster on Nov. 16 at 3 p.m.
